Zucchini Muffins

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grab a large bowl at add grated zucchini, organic cane sugar, swerve brown sugar, applesauce, avocado oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir until fully combined.
  4. Add flour.
  5. Stir until fully combined.
  6. Add the salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  7. Stir until fully combined one final time.
  8. Place the batter into muffin tins.
  9. Place into the oven for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out completely clean.
