Zucchini Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 large ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 cups zucchini shredded
  • 4 cups organic all purpose flour
  • 2 cups organic cane sugar
  • 1 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 Tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. In a large bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl mix together the mashed bananas, butter, milk and eggs.
  4. Combine the liquids into the dry ingredients bowl.
  5. Once fully mixed together fold in the shredded zucchini.
  6. Grease two bread pans with either butter or avocado oil.
  7. Pour batter evenly into the two bread pans.
  8. Bake in the oven for 1 hour or until it passes the clean tooth pick test.
