Strawberry Chia Jam

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup organic strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place strawberries in a small pot on the stove top on low/medium heat.
  2. Simmer until strawberries are soft.
  3. Either mash with a potato masher or take a stick blender and pulse a few times. Make the thickness of the strawberries to your liking.
  4. Pour strawberry mixture into a mason jar.
  5. Add your chia seeds and stir evenly.
  6. Stir every 10 minutes for 40 minutes then place in the refrigerator over night.
