- 1 cup organic strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- Place strawberries in a small pot on the stove top on low/medium heat.
- Simmer until strawberries are soft.
- Either mash with a potato masher or take a stick blender and pulse a few times. Make the thickness of the strawberries to your liking.
- Pour strawberry mixture into a mason jar.
- Add your chia seeds and stir evenly.
- Stir every 10 minutes for 40 minutes then place in the refrigerator over night.
