Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 2 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Onion
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 4 Cloves of Garlic
- Jalapenos (Optional)
- 1 Cup of Bone Broth
- 14 oz of Pinto Beans
- 14 oz of Kidney Beans
- 6 cups of Crushed Tomatoes
- 14.5 oz of Diced Tomatoes
- 2 tsp Ground Pepper
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Paprika
Instructions:
- Heat up Avocado Oil
- Brown the ground beef
- Saute the Onion and Red Bell Pepper for 3 minutes
- Add the Garlic and Jalapenos for 2 minutes
- Add the Pinto & Kidney Beans
- Pour Crushed & Diced Tomatoes
- Mix in all the seasoning
- Stir everything together and simmer for 2 hours
