Korean Beef

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1lb beef
    • I used venison, you can use any type of steak too!
  • 1 Tbsp local honey
    • We sell some in the office!
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut aminos
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 tsp of minced ginger
  • 3 green onions chopped (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice raw steak or venison into small strips and add to a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl; mix honey, brown sugar and coconut aminos until smooth.
  3. Pour liquids on top of the steak.
  4. Add garlic and ginger to bowl.
  5. Stir all ingredients together and cover.
  6. Place in the fridge to marinate overnight or minimum 8 hours.
  7. When ready to cook, set pan on medium heat and add a tablespoon of avocado oil.
  8. When avocado oil is hot, add beef to the pan and stir occasionally until cooked through.
  9. Top with chopped green onions (optional)
  10. Serve over a bed of organic rice.
