Homemade Almond Milk

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 6 cups of filtered water
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • pinch of sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Soak almonds in water for 8 hours
  2. Rinse almonds
  3. Blend filtered water, almonds, dates, and sea salt for 1 minute
  4. Pour through a milk bag to separate the liquid and the pulp
  5. Place almond milk in the fridge

BONUS: Almond Flour

  1. Dehydrate the almond pulp
  2. Place in oven at 180 degrees for 3 hours
  3. Mix pulp around every 30 minutes
  4. Let cool
  5. Blend for 1 minute
