Energy Bites

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups organic sprouted oats
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup organic pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup organic peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup organic shredded coconut
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp. ground flaxseed

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a large bowl
  2. Once fully mixed, roll into 1 inch balls
  3. Place into the fridge for 30 minutes before consuming
  4. Optional: Add lily's chocolate chips to the mixture
