
INGREDIENTS
- 12 Hard Boiled Eggs
- 6-8 Tablespoons of Mayo
- 3-4 Teaspoons of Dijon Mustard
- 4-6 Tablespoons of Finely Chopped Pickles
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 2 Green Onions for garnish (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Hard boil the dozen eggs
- Once the eggs are hard boiled, place them directly under cold water for 2-3 minutes
- Begin to peal the shell off the all the eggs
- Slice each egg in half and scoop out the yokes and place yokes into a bowl
- Roughly chop the egg whites and place into a separate bowl
- Take a fork and smash the egg yokes into a small crumble mixture
- Fold in mayo, dijon mustard, and pickles into the egg yokes
- Once yoke mixture is fully combined add it to the egg whites then salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: garnish with green onions
