Chicken Cauliflower Casserole


  • 4 cups Cauliflower
  • 2 cups Organic Chicken
  • 1 Block Organic Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Organic Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1Tbsp Pepper
  • 1Tbsp Salt
  • 1Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • Optional: Top with Parsley


  1. Pre heat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Place chicken into the oven for 20 minutes
  3. Chop cauliflower and place into a 9X13 pan.
  4. Chop chicken and place on top of the cauliflower. It is okay if the chicken is not full cooked yet after being in the oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Pour the heavy cream evenly on top.
  6. Add all the seasonings.
  7. Top with sprinkling the parmesan and cheddar cheese.
  8. Cover the pan and place into the oven for 25 minutes.
  9. Uncover the dish and stir.
  10. Place back into the oven for 20 more minutes or until bubbling on the edges and golden brown on top.
  11. Optional: top with parsley and serve hot.
