Bruschetta

INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Turn burner on medium/low heat .
  2. Drizzle olive oil on the sourdough bread and pan sear each side for 2 minutes.
  3. Top with diced tomatoes, fresh basil, burrata cheese, salt and pepper.
  4. Lastly drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
  5. Serve.
