INGREDIENTS:
- burrata cheese
- 1 cup diced cherry tomatoes
- 6 slices of organic sourdough bread
- balsamic vinaigrette
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh basil
- salt
- pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Turn burner on medium/low heat .
- Drizzle olive oil on the sourdough bread and pan sear each side for 2 minutes.
- Top with diced tomatoes, fresh basil, burrata cheese, salt and pepper.
- Lastly drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
- Serve.
