INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour (homemade recipe linked HERE)
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (I used Dream Protein from the office)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cup almond milk (homemade recipe linked HERE)
- 1 tsp vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a large mixing bowl stir together eggs, almond milk and vanilla.
- Add baking soda, baking powder, chia seeds, protein powder and almond flour to the large bowl and mix until fully combined.
- Set aside for 5-10 minutes to let almond flour set.
- Turn on waffle iron and start making the waffles.
- Recipe makes about 6 square waffles.
- Top with you favorite toppings! Mine is peanut butter, bananas and honey 🙂
