BLT Pasta Salad

  • 2 cups of cooked diced bacon
  • 2 cups sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 8 oz of rotini pasta
  • 3 cups chopped lettuce
  • 1/2 avocado mayo
  • 1/4 sour cream
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes


  1. Start boiling a pot of water on the stove to cook the noodles.
  2. On a separate burner begin cooking the bacon.
  3. While noodles and bacon are cooking mix together the mayo, sour cream, garlic, and seasonings. Set a side.
  4. Next slice your cherry tomatoes.
  5. Once bacon is cooked to the crispiness of your liking, chop it into bite size pieces.
  6. Chop your lettuce.
  7. Drain your noodles.
  8. Combine noodles, bacon, cherry tomatoes, lettuce and your sauce into a large bowl.
  9. Let chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  10. Enjoy!
