INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups of cooked diced bacon
- 2 cups sliced cherry tomatoes
- 8 oz of rotini pasta
- 3 cups chopped lettuce
- 1/2 avocado mayo
- 1/4 sour cream
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Start boiling a pot of water on the stove to cook the noodles.
- On a separate burner begin cooking the bacon.
- While noodles and bacon are cooking mix together the mayo, sour cream, garlic, and seasonings. Set a side.
- Next slice your cherry tomatoes.
- Once bacon is cooked to the crispiness of your liking, chop it into bite size pieces.
- Chop your lettuce.
- Drain your noodles.
- Combine noodles, bacon, cherry tomatoes, lettuce and your sauce into a large bowl.
- Let chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy!
