Ingredients
- 3 large ripe bananas mashed
- 2 cups zucchini shredded
- 4 cups organic all purpose flour
- 2 cups organic cane sugar
- 1 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter melted
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- In a large bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl mix together the mashed bananas, butter, milk and eggs.
- Combine the liquids into the dry ingredients bowl.
- Once fully mixed together fold in the shredded zucchini.
- Grease two bread pans with either butter or avocado oil.
- Pour batter evenly into the two bread pans.
- Bake in the oven for 1 hour or until it passes the clean tooth pick test.
