Zucchini Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 cups zucchini shredded
  • 4 cups organic all purpose flour
  • 2 cups organic cane sugar
  • 1 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 Tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • In a large bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  • In a separate bowl mix together the mashed bananas, butter, milk and eggs.
  • Combine the liquids into the dry ingredients bowl.
  • Once fully mixed together fold in the shredded zucchini.
  • Grease two bread pans with either butter or avocado oil.
  • Pour batter evenly into the two bread pans.
  • Bake in the oven for 1 hour or until it passes the clean tooth pick test.
