Italian Pasta Salad
This Italian Pasta Salad is a vibrant and refreshing dish perfect for any occasion. Tossed with tangy feta cheese and coated in Primal Kitchen Italian Dressing, this salad is full of bold flavors and satisfying textures. Ideal as a side dish or a light meal, it’s easy to prepare and even better after being chilled for a few hours, allowing the flavors to meld perfectly.
Ingredients
- 16oz Organic Fusilli Pasta
- 5.5oz Organic Sliced Black Olives
- 8oz Organic Feta
- 1 cup Diced Cucumber
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Organic Uncured Pepperoni's Quartered
- 1 cup Diced Carrots
- 1/2 Red Onion Chopped
- 1 Bottle of Primal Kitchen Italian Dressing
- OPTIONAL: Diced Peppers
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to the back instructions.
- Let pasta cool for a minimum 2 hours.
- Chop all ingredients.
- Combine all ingredients with pasta in a large bowl and mix
- Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving
