Chicken Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 cups Cauliflower
- 2 cups Organic Chicken
- 1 Block Organic Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Organic Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1Tbsp Pepper
- 1Tbsp Salt
- 1Tbsp Italian Seasoning
- Optional: Top with Parsley
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 375 degrees
- Place chicken into the oven for 20 minutes
- Chop cauliflower and place into a 9X13 pan.
- Chop chicken and place on top of the cauliflower. It is okay if the chicken is not full cooked yet after being in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Pour the heavy cream evenly on top.
- Add all the seasonings.
- Top with sprinkling the parmesan and cheddar cheese.
- Cover the pan and place into the oven for 25 minutes.
- Uncover the dish and stir.
- Place back into the oven for 20 more minutes or until bubbling on the edges and golden brown on top.
- Optional: top with parsley and serve hot.
