Bruschetta
This Bruschetta is a fresh, flavorful appetizer perfect for any gathering or light meal. Crisp, pan-seared sourdough bread is topped with juicy diced cherry tomatoes, creamy burrata cheese, and fragrant fresh basil. Ingredients
- burrata cheese
- 1 cup diced cherry tomatoes
- 6 slices of organic sourdough bread
- balsamic vinaigrette
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh basil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Turn burner on medium/low heat .
- Drizzle olive oil on the sourdough bread and pan sear each side for 2 minutes.
- Top with diced tomatoes, fresh basil, burrata cheese, salt and pepper.
- Lastly drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
- Serve.
